Polaris
1. Summary
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit polarisforms.xyz (the "Site") or interact with the Polaris smart contract, why it is processed, and what you can do about it.
2. Who is responsible
The operator of the Site ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact is available through @polarisforms on X, which is the only official channel.
3. What we do not collect
- No accounts, usernames, passwords or email addresses.
- No advertising identifiers, cross-site trackers, pixels or fingerprinting scripts.
- No analytics product and no session recording.
- No wallet connection data. The Site does not ask you to connect a wallet.
4. What is processed
The Site is a set of static files. Serving them requires a web host, and a host necessarily handles technical request data to deliver a page and to defend itself against abuse.

5. Public blockchain data
Ethereum is a public network. If you mint, buy, hold or transfer a Polaris character, your wallet address, the token identifiers involved and the transaction history are written to a public ledger that anyone can read. That data is not controlled by us, cannot be deleted by us, and may allow third parties to link your activity. Treat it as public before you transact.
6. Cookies and local storage
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. One local storage key records that you dismissed the cookie notice. Details and controls are in the Cookie Policy, and the notice can be reopened from the footer of the Site.
7. Third parties
- Hosting provider. Serves the Site and processes request logs as described above.
- X. Following a link to x.com takes you to a service with its own policy. We do not embed X content or tracking pixels.
- Wallets, marketplaces and block explorers. If you use them with Polaris tokens, they process your data under their own terms.
8. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: legitimate interests for serving the Site, keeping it secure and answering messages (Article 6(1)(f)); consent for the storage of the notice preference, which you can withdraw by clearing it; and legal obligation where retention is required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Ask us through X and we will respond within the period the law allows.
Two limits are worth stating plainly: we cannot delete anything written to the Ethereum blockchain, and we cannot identify you from a wallet address alone.
10. Children
The Site is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it or to hold a Polaris character.
11. International transfers
The Site is served from infrastructure that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by the relevant provider.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
