Polaris characters are computer-generated art built on Ethereum. The contract assembles each form and hands it back on request, so the character does not depend on a file host staying online.
What sits in your wallet is the whole character.
Each character is assembled onchain and returned by the token's own metadata call.

What is Polaris?

Is the artwork actually onchain?
The character is assembled by the contract and returned by the token metadata call. There is no separate image server that has to stay alive for your character to render.

Can I use my character elsewhere?
Holder licence terms are in the Terms of Use. Anything the licence does not grant stays with the project.
Where do announcements come from?
X is the only official channel. If an announcement does not come from @polarisforms, it is not ours.
